I am a Postulant for the Vocational Diaconate and attend the School for Ministry (SFM) which encompasses Ministry Field Education (Fall, Trinity in Escondido and Summer, Episcopal Refugee Network).
I’m happily married and we have 5 children: three married daughters, a courageous, special needs son and the youngest son, who will graduate from UC Long Beach in 2014. We also have 3 grandchildren. As far as the furry variety of children go, I have two dogs, K-Li and Mo.
I teach 7th grade Christian Ethics at St. John’s Episcopal School. I also co-teach Bible Studies, Prayer and Ethical Decision Making at the East Mesa Detention Facility (EMDF) to inmates who are trying to turn their lives around.
When I actually find myself with a bit of down time, I love to work in my woodshop and improve my ability to make music on the piano.
